ORDER

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped directly from us upon receipt of the order. If it is not possible to ship within 3 working days of receipt you will receive an email or phone call from us informing you. Then shipments to Athens and Thessaloniki will take up to 2 working days by the courier company and remote areas up to 5 days. For Cyprus shipments the following delivery days by courier apply up to 4 working days express & up to 10 working days.

I received my order and the product is defective

We make every effort to ensure that all products reach your hands in perfect condition, but if there is a defective product, please send us an email to customercare@itoocan.gr with the title "Return Request". Please be sure to include your full name and email and order number in the message.

SHIPMENTS, RETURNS & CHANGES

How can I cancel my order?

You will send us an email to customercare@itoocan.gr with the subject "CANCEL ORDER" and your order number; e.g. "ORDER CANCELLATION #1670".

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return a product purchased from our online store, you must do so within 14 days.

In case the product you receive is defective, the company will replace it or refund it for you if you wish. The defective or damaged product must be returned to iToocan within 14 days. We will examine the product and if you wish a refund, this will be made within 30 days from the day you requested the refund.

Refund:
The refund of your money from iToocan.gr will be made by deposit to a bank account that you will state to us.

It is important that the bank account details (bank, IBAN, account number, account holder) are absolutely correct. The deposit is made from a Piraeus bank account and any bank charges that may arise are the sole responsibility of the customer- consumer.

Note: In case the courier is unable to locate you, your parcel remains at their offices for 7 days. If you do not receive it within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to our offices. If you wish to repeat the shipment, you will be charged with shipping costs depending on the shipping area and the payment method is necessarily payment by cash on delivery or deposit.
